Which languages is the Audi Tradition Shop available in?

You can use the Audi Tradition Shop in both German and English. All information is available in both languages. You can select the language by clicking on the country codes in the top-right corner.

How do I use the product search? What filter options are there?

You can open the product search using the search icon (magnifying glass) in the upper right corner. You can enter product names, general terms and part or product numbers in the search bar. Click on "Search" to see the results of the search. You can sort the listed results using the filters for product name, product number, price and date. Depending on the results of your search query, additional filters may be available to limit the results.

How can I contact Audi Tradition?

For general questions, questions about our products or other technical issues you can reach us by using our contact form.

Where can I find the terms and conditions?

Auto Union GmbH's general terms and conditions can be found right at the bottom of each page of the Audi Tradition Shop using the "Terms and Conditions" link in the footer.

Where can I find information about privacy?

Information on privacy and how we handle your personal data can be found at the bottom of each page via the "Privacy" link in the footer.


Products, offers & promotions

Which vehicles do you offer spare parts for?

You can find spare parts for historic Audi vehicles in the Audi Tradition online shop. Please use the spare parts sub-categories to find the right parts for your vehicle. The spare parts that we offer are mostly original parts or new productions or reproductions of original parts and, in rare cases, some are used parts. The product's condition can be found in its description. For more information on the condition of a product, please refer to the paragraph Condition of the offered spare parts in our terms and conditions.

What does product condition mean?

For each spare part we provide information relating to the condition of the product. We offer mostly original, new or near-new and, in rare cases, used spare parts.

For further information on product properties, please refer to the section on Quality agreement in our terms and conditions.

How do I find the right parts for my vehicle?

To find the right parts for your vehicle, please use the sub-categories in the "Spare Parts" category.
Do you know the part number? Then simply enter it into the search field (the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner) and then click on "Search".

What can I do if an item is not available?

Please contact our customer service with the part number and any additional information.

Upholstery fabrics: what are the dimensions? How much fabric do I need?

The dimensions of the cover fabrics are given with the products. Please adjust the required amount of fabric to match the upholstery.

Fabrics: are there samples?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with samples. Please refer to the product descriptions in the online shop. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Where can I find current offers?

Current offers can be found on our online shop using the "Sale" filter.


Orders

How do I order from the online shop?

To order an item, add it to the cart on the item page in the desired quantity by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Click either directly on "Add to cart" or on the shopping trolley symbol in the top-right corner. To start the order process, click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart. There are three ways to proceed with the order:

Select your preferred option and make sure to fill out the fields in the "Address" and "Payment" steps accurately. In the last step, "Confirm", you will receive a summary of your order again. After carefully checking your information, you can complete the order by clicking on the "Buy now" button. After placing the order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. As soon as the order has been checked internally, you will receive the order confirmation from us by email.

Can I order from outside Germany?

You can also order from us at billing and/or shipping addresses outside Germany. Please bear in mind our terms and conditions and shipping costs outside Germany.


Services / Information

What can I find in the "Services" category?

In the "Services" category you can order documents or a copy of the original documents for your vintage Audi or the Audi predecessors. We will only create these documents after you have placed an order, which is why this comes under "Services".

How do I order services?

To order one of our services, add your desired service or document to the shopping cart and complete the order (as described here). After ordering, please provide us with the data required for the service (personal data, vehicle data, order number).

What details are needed to order services?

In order to create the documents available under services, we need some information from you. Please submit these details via our contact form with the subject "Services" after ordering the documents through our online shop.

Details required for preparing a data sheet, a general operating licence or a vehicle identity certificate:

  • Personal details: first name, surname, street, house number, postcode, city, country
  • Vehicle details: vehicle type, vehicle identification number, year of construction
  • Order number

If you are already registered in the shop, your personal data will be pre-entered in the contact form.


Customer account

What advantages does a myAudi customer account offer?

To be able to use all the functions of the Audi Tradition online shop and the Audi Shopping World, we recommend that, as an individual, you register for a myAudi user account. With a myAudi user account you can create multiple delivery addresses and access your previous orders. myAudi is your access to all digital Audi offers.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, first log in to the shop. Now click on the "My Account" icon and then on "Password". You will now be redirected to myAudi, where you will find "Change password" under "Account settings". Now enter your old password and the new password, and confirm the change by clicking on "Save". Of course, you can also change your password directly via myAudi.

I've forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one. Simply click on the link "Forgotten your password?" in the login window. You will be redirected to myAudi and prompted to enter your email address (and username) so that you can be sent a new password or so that your password can be reset.

How do I change my personal details?

To change your details, first log in to the shop. Now click on the "My Account" icon and then on "Account Settings". Changes can be made directly in the form and confirmed by clicking on "Save". As your user account is a myAudi account, you can of course also make changes directly through myAudi.

How do I log in?

Do you already have a myAudi account? Then you can log in using your email address and your password by clicking on "Sign in" in the top-right corner. If you do not yet have a user account, you can register as a new myAudi user for the Audi Tradition online shop by clicking "Log in" and clicking on "Register now".

How do I register?

You can register with us as a private customer, ACI member or as a commercial customer. Please note the following information.

Registering as a private customer
To register as a private customer in the shop and to create a myAudi user account, click on "Log in" in the top-right corner and then on "Register now". Fill in all of the fields accurately and confirm your entries. You will receive an email at the email address given when you registered. Please complete your registration by clicking on the link in the email.

Register as an ACI member
Are you a registered member of Audi Club International (ACI)? Then please accurately fill out the fields during registration and enter the number on your ACI cards. Confirm your details by clicking "Next". You will then receive an email at the email address given when you registered. To finish registering, please click on the link in the email. Please note that you should wait up to 24 hours between registering with ACI and registering with the Audi Tradition online shop.

Registering as a business customer
You can register as a business customer in the Audi Tradition online shop if you own a car repair garage or a parts business and you are not a contractual partner of an Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat or Porsche corporate brand. For this we require your VAT identification number and company name to demonstrate that you are a business. Please enter the required information accurately when registering and tick the box next to "I would like to register as a business customer.". Then, please confirm the details by clicking "Next". After checking your details, we will activate your account.


Delivery & returns

How do I enter a different delivery address?

In order to specify a delivery address that is different to your billing address, you can specify an alternative delivery address in the "Address" step during the ordering process. Furthermore, you can create additional delivery addresses or edit existing delivery addresses in your user account in "Account Settings".

How are the delivery costs calculated?

The cost of delivery depends on the type of item purchased and the shipping method chosen. Please find the shipping costs by item type and country in the details on the product page ("additional shipping costs") and in the ordering process.

Note: To determine the exact delivery cost of your order, add the item to the cart. The expected shipping costs for your order are shown in the shopping cart.

Can I collect the spare part directly?

No, direct collection of the ordered parts is not possible for logistical reasons.

How long does delivery usually take inside and outside Germany?

The delivery speed can depend on various factors. The type of item, shipping method and delivery address or delivery country are all factors that can affect the delivery time. As a rule, the delivery time is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.

How do I get a return slip? How can I return items?

Items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. You can use the return slip in the package. Please take into account the right of revocation in our terms and conditions.

Is there a return deadline? Until when can a return be posted?

After receiving your package, you have 14 days to return items purchased from us. Further information can be found in the right of revocation in our terms and conditions.

When will I be refunded for my return?

Payments already made will be refunded by Auto Union GmbH within 30 days of receipt of your return shipment. Further information can be found in the right of revocation in our terms and conditions.

Are there partial deliveries?

In special cases, e.g. logistical reasons, we may divide your order into multiple deliveries. Of course, we will take care of any additional costs incurred in these cases. Please also take into account the information in our terms and conditions.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with the items ordered (defects/complaints)?

If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with our items and parts, you can make a complaint by email, phone or in writing to Auto Union. Please also take into account the information in the right of revocation section in our terms and conditions.


Prices & discounts

Do the prices include VAT and shipping costs?

Unless otherwise stated, the prices in the shop all include VAT and shipping costs. Depending on the customer group assigned to you, e.g. commercial customer, the displayed price – marked accordingly – may be different.


Payment & invoicing

What payment methods can I use?

Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

When does the invoice have to be paid by?

Please pay the invoice by the due date that is indicated on the invoice. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

When will I be refunded for my return?
